"We've been with State Farm since 1977 and they've always been there when we needed them. Our car and house insurance rates are far lower than our neighbors, so we don't bother shopping for new companies. Cody Fleming is a new insurance agent for us. "I was switched to this office by State Farm when my previous agent retired. The switch was seamless with zero hiccups or interruptions to my coverage. I didn't even have to change the contact number in my phone. Despite the fact that my policies are small potatoes compared to others, I have been treated with friendliness and professionalism every time I've called. They have gone above and beyond to be flexible with me and to meet my indiviualized needs. They make themselves very available and easy to contact without any pressure to buy more policies, raise my coverage, etc. I would highly recommend this agency (and State Farm) to others. They're by far the most affordable insurance that I've found that also has small local offices and treats customers with respect and personalized care."

"Yes, real human beings! Real kind, friendly people! I left Geico after 15 yrs. I felt Geico has become a dehumanizing service with their bots and satellites to attend their clients.
